Omer grew up under the shade of carob trees, their pods sweetened by the Mediterranean sun. Heather fell in love with both him and the deep, earthy flavors that defined his childhood. Together, they founded The Taste of Levant — a brand devoted to preserving the balance between heritage and harmony, tradition and exploration.

Our inspiration reaches back to the Phoenicians — ancient explorers and bridge-builders who carried carob, sesame, and olive across the Mediterranean, introducing the world to the sweetness of the Levant.
